2002 – Our lab established OP9-DL1 cell line, the gold standard for using generating T cells from mouse blood stem cells outside of the thymus. Over a 1,000 labs investigating T cell development and functions around the world have requested this cells line.

2003 – Our lab was able to show differentiation of mouse embryonic stem cells to T cells using the OP9-DL1.

2005 – We showed human blood stem cells derived from cord blood differentiated into T cells in culture.
